Bathed in soft candlelight, you'll be guided through a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, frame drums, and more. Whether you're setting new intentions or simply seeking peace, this experience invites you to align with the energy of the moment.

– A yoga mat or something cozy to lie on
