About the event
We will be there by 9:45 am with coffee and donuts, so come early and enjoy the morning with us at 10 am. We will be hosting this month's event indoors due to weather. Ample street parking is available.
Around 10:30 am we'll have a 30 min soundbath followed by group gratitude journaling, then we'll do community sharing. Sharing is optional; you are welcomed to just hang and listen. Please bring a blanket/yoga mat to use for the soundbath as well as a journal and a pen.
Also, don't stress if you're later than 10 am. It's ok to be late.
This is a free event/open to the community, however donations are appreciated :)
