About the event
Wrap up the year with our soundbath meditation and gratitude journaling community event. We will be there at 9:45 am with donuts to share, so come early and hang with us! We will start out with a soundbath meditation around 10 am followed by gratitude journaling and then community sharing. Sharing is optional :)
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for the sound bath (we will have extras if you forget or don't have your own) and also a journal and a pen.
