Join us for a morning of relaxation and reflection at our monthly Queer Waves of Soul & Sound, a free Sound Bath & Gratitude Journaling community event. We will be returning to Live Oak Park Lawn to tune out the noise of day-to-day life and tune into our innate healing frequencies. Through the sound journey, journaling, and community we will align with our highest, most empowered self while harmonizing the physical and energetic body as well as the mind.
