Join us for a morning of relaxation and reflection at our monthly Queer Waves of Soul & Sound, a free Sound Bath & Gratitude Journaling community event. Due to weather conditions, we will be meeting indoors. November's theme is "Heart as the Bridge". In a time when the world can feel divided and heavy, this gathering is an invitation to return to softness, solidarity, and the quiet strength that comes from being together. So let's begin the weekend with a peaceful morning of sound. This month's sound bath invites us to reconnect with our heart, the bridge between body and mind, self and world.
